Frontier is a leading Melbourne based company that was recently voted the number 1 in HR Technology in Australia by the Human Capital Magazine. For this role, students will be giving training and mentoring for 16 weeks in 3 different programming teams.
In these teams students will learn about Human Resources, Payroll and Leave Rules programming processing which are part of Frontiers HR and Payroll product. The successful applicants will receive training. This role would be perfect for some wanting to learn about Human Resources and Payroll programming.
This scholarship is for a recent graduate in Computer Science, IT who is a permanent resident and has a programming based degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide QA testing of developments (unit testing) and deliveries (build testing)
  • Record, log, and maintain Service Desk queries into internal system
  • Regularly report and follow-up on unclosed support queries
  • Assist technical support to clients relating to the user of software applications
  • Assist with producing documentation as required
  • Software testing and evaluation
  • Research and development as required
