Responsibilities:

  • Provide QA testing of developments (unit testing) and deliveries (build testing)
  • Record, log, and maintain Service Desk queries into internal system
  • Regularly report and follow-up on unclosed support queries
  • Assist technical support to clients relating to the user of software applications
  • Assist with producing documentation as required
  • Software testing and evaluation
  • Research and development as required
