This role is responsible to ensure that projects are implemented within the terms of the contract.   It also helps clients achieve a higher level of self evaluation inventory maturity by directing, facilitating, coordinating, tracking, and reporting on the successful execution and completion of projects

Key Responsibilities & Activities – Manage the project engagement with a focus on balancing organisation profit and long-term client opportunity.   This positions develops and manager the tactical and strategic resource plan, while balancing profit and utilization objectives.  This can involve developing project plans for the transformation, educates the Transformation Team on the appropriate Transformation Methodology, deploys consistent project management techniques, and leads process improvement projects and activities.

This role leads business management activities on a project(s) to ensure that client commitments and financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities – Successfully deliver a portfolio of several Application Development and Maintenance projects (or sub-projects), for the delivery of large complex project(s). They manage the business results and develop solutions to meet financial targets. They also interface with multiple customers and make decisions that can affect multiple projects and/or an entire account.

Key Activities – Provide leadership to the Project Managers and teams and act as an advocate for the performance of the project and metrics. They interact with the Project Managers and other people managers on staffing, employee performance, career advancement, skill development and recognition using HR policies and procedures. Manage business results, including contract fulfillment, project plans, milestones, deliverables and financial targets for multiple projects. Manage pre-engagement work which includes defining and closing opportunities, determining engagement scope, pricing and cost projections, securing funding and formulating initial solutions. They develop business, including follow-on work with specific clients and new business in particular markets / industries.
